Munson: that's funny. I started a small kitchen fire myself about an hour ago. what was the cause of yours?
Simko: I was so tired that I put the kettle that plugs into the wall onto the stove top (it has a plastic base). I came out of the bathroom to the fire alarm going off and 4 foot flames engulfing it.
Munson: I was making tea - tossed the tea bags in the kettle, and the little paper tags fell onto the burner and all ignited.
Simko: I was making tea too! What is wrong with us?!
Munson: we failed at BOILING WATER - like the least complicated thing you could possibly do
Simko: Now the entire place smells like the time that I convinced the babysitter to let me nuke Barbie in the microwave. Suddenly I don't want tea anymore.
Munon: Ever.
