I haven’t really stepped foot on 27th for anything but late-night runs to Bungalow in a long time, but for Rachelle’s Birthday (tonight at Cain) I will make one very large exception. If you know her you understand the level of debauchery and the abundance of champagne to expect… If you don’t then it’s long overdue.
