Glenn Kaino’s installation entitled “Learn To Win Or You Will Take Losing For Granted” is a chess game featuring bronze-cast hand gesture pieces. The board allows one player to take on the role of good (friendly) gestures, and their opponent evil. Interestingly, Kaino is also responsible for “Burning Boards” - a game during which chess is played with candles. More information can be found here…
