Thanks to a certain someone and scheming friends, I will be spending this evening at Diesel’s xXx Rock + Roll Circus on Pier 3 at the Brooklyn waterfront. New York’s leg of the world-wide celebration is scheduled to have live mash-ups including:

+ Franz Ferdinand vs. T.I.
+ M.I.A. vs. N.E.R.D
I’m also secretly looking forward to seeing the marching band and acrobatics “jugglers, contortionists, fire eaters, strong men and ring master”…
