New Zealand’s Yellow Treehouse Restaurant gives our local treehouse a run for the money…

The structure is actually a promotion for the Yellow Pages, of all things, with the directory trying to prove that it has the contacts to get anything done, including building a crazy tree house restaurant. It was only open for the month of January, and its exact location was only given out to people with reservations, but they’re making plans to re-open the tree house to the public. And if there’s anything the world needs, it’s more crazy tree houses. (via)

The structure was designed by Pacific Environments Architects. More information, photos and technical details on the construction of the restaurant can be found here.
