Welcome.

I'm a Graphic and Interactive Designer. I live in New York City, but frequent Los Angeles. This is where I toss my ridiculous ideas, conversations, inspirations, etc. I can be reached at info@ashleysimko.com

Ji Lee is at it again, creating designs so clever that I’m often torn between chalking it up to being incredibly inspiring or simply tossing my computer out of the window in defeat. One of his more recent designs, the Google Me Business Card, has been spreading all over the internet like a forest fire. There are even several debates over it - is it the best or worst concept ever? Pretentious? Irresponsible? Incomplete? Everyone appears to be so caught up and threatened by the implications of the design that they’ve forgotten one very simple (and relevant) fact: not only does Ji Lee work for Google, he’s the creative director at Google Labs.
