Here’s another belated Instagram roundup… This batch includes the other weekend that I stayed in the city to finish freelance projects. It was actually kind of nice to have a little time to find my footing before the madness of August began.

Here’s another late Instagram roundup… I recently surrendered two weekends to stay in the city and work on freelance projects. Luckily, I still managed to catch up with friends and soak up some sun.

Here’s yet another long overdue Instagram roundup… I was lucky enough to celebrate our country’s independence at a friend’s party aboard a beautiful yacht (appropriately) named Freedom. The following Saturday morning, I risked my life rode on the back of a friend’s motorcycle out to Hartley Farms. I’ve been on bikes before but never for more than an hour, or on a highway during a heat advisory or while clinging to my luggage for dear life. Regardless, all of the above was completely worth it and we had a wonderful weekend.

Here’s another (belated) Instagram roundup… I split Memorial Day weekend between packing up our house in Connecticut and visiting friends in Montauk. Miraculously, I also managed to squeeze in an afternoon at Shelter Island’s Sunset Beach.

It’s been just over a month since I posted my last Instagram roundup (one, two, and three). I’ve spent that time slaving working in New York City during the week and visiting friends and family in Los Angeles, Connecticut, and the Hamptons on the weekends. I’ve also stumbled across a handful of things which I consider to be post-worthy so let’s rewind and pick up where we left off…

In honor of previous roundups, I thought it might be time to do another one… Unfortunately, this set is a bit bland. Here’s to hoping that the next week is a little less hectic and a little more insta-worthy.

Last week I shared a set of my Instagram photos and a handful of people wrote to tell me how much they enjoyed the post. In light of the roundup being so well-received, I thought I’d do another one. This week has been a bit of a blur between juggling birthdays, work days, dinners and attempting to get back in shape, but here’s a glimpse at some of the quieter moments that caught my eye between Connecticut and New York.

A few weeks ago, I finally jumped on the bandwagon and joined instagram - @ashleysimko. When I’m really busy, it’s a nice (read: easy) way to capture a moment without having to waste time editing or risk losing it in my black hole of a queue. In an attempt to include friends who don’t use Instagram, I (much like every other blogger out there) thought it would be nice to post the occasional roundup. Here are a few of my shots from the last month… I hope you enjoy them.
